When it comes to company culture and recruiting pieces, the messaging usually needs to combine “who we are” with “who we want to be.” We use a deep discovery effort—we’ll want to pre-interview those “perfect” team members. It’s key to understand exactly why they’re happy and why they even chose to work there in the first place. Sometimes the answers are quite different than what HR previously thought. This affects the creative, for sure.
